Donna Moore is a State of Florida commissioned Notary Public and National Notary Association Certified Signing Agent. She also has over ten years of experience as a licensed Loan Originator, with expertise in Reverse Mortgages. Donna has closed innumerable REO transactions,  Reverse Mortgages, HELOC's, Conventional, VA and FHA loans.

Donna has expertise in dealing with clients unfamiliar with closings and loan transactions, understanding their desire to thoroughly process the documents and complete the process accurately.

Our background screenings are always current, we carry E&O Insurance and are a member of NNA (National Notary Association).

Besides working as a professional notary and signing agent, Donna is involved in Pinellas, Hillsborough and Tampabay community affairs including WCR, Toastmasters, church and Kiwanis. Donna also offers her expertise through public speaking engagements to Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco and Manatee groups and organizations. We have been a business owner in Pinellas county and St. Petersburg for over 25 years.
